I am a mature wife, mother, mentor and entrepreneur whose passion is driven by working with entrepreneurs to provide them with business development services that allows their businesses to thrive and be sustainable.

After a twenty year career span in the corporate environment in senior financial roles in global organisations, I ventured into setting up two award winning tourism and eco-friendly businesses. My passion for Small Medium and Micro Enterprises (SMMEs) was ignited when I was afforded an opportunity to set up a township business incubator for start-up entrepreneurs to provide business development support that would facilitate their growth. I have since worked extensively with entrepreneurs in incubators/projects based on the Cape Flats, Lesotho, Swaziland and the West Coast.

I founded the company Green Connexion during 2018 to live my passion and I have been fortunate to acquire a number of contracts/clients since.

She is an accredited business advisor with the Institute of Business Advising Southern Africa (IBASA) and is in the process of completing accreditation as a Life Coach from the School of Life, and is the Regional Chairperson of IBASA for the Western Cape.

1. I spent 20 years as a senior financial manager/controller in the manufacturing sector that equipped me with all round, sound business experience
2. I set up and grew a tourism business that accessed key source markets from scratch to R7million
   
3. I co-founded South Africa’s first Eco-friendly transport company and grew that business to a staff compliment of 19 and turnover of R3million in 2 years
   
4. Secured free media advertising in the amount of R5million in the first year of operating an eco-friendly transport company
   
5. I raised R10million in funding for existing and start-up entrepreneurs
   
6. I worked with 108 entrepreneurs assisting them to capacitate their businesses for growth through training and mentorship over an 8-year period
   
7. I am an accredited business advisor with the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA) and Chairperson of the Western Cape Chapter of the Institute of Business Advisors of Southern Africa (IBASA) and a trusted member of the business development eco-system of South Africa
   
8. I initiated the set up businesses in the waste economy that is still in its infancy that creates business opportunities
   
9. Assisted many businesses to manage their businesses proactively using financial management tools
